OFFICIAL STATEMENT BY MIP-M LLC

On October 23, 2026, the production facility of MIP-M LLC was struck by a Russian missile attack.

The strike occurred around midday, in the middle of the working day. As a result of the attack, the facility sustained significant damage: part of the production building, equipment, and raw materials were destroyed, making it impossible to continue manufacturing operations at this time.

Fortunately, all our employees survived. We are sincerely grateful to God that, under these circumstances, no lives were lost.

MIP-M LLC is a Ukrainian manufacturer of medical equipment. For decades, our company has supplied medical institutions throughout Ukraine with equipment essential to their daily operations.

We have never manufactured weapons, military equipment, or products intended for military use. Our activities have always been focused exclusively on producing medical equipment for civilian use.

Our company employed people who devoted years of their lives to Ukrainian manufacturing. We produced equipment used in hospitals and medical institutions across the country.

As a result of the destruction, MIP-M LLC is now forced to suspend its manufacturing operations for an indefinite period. We managed to save and take a large part of the products out of the city to a safe place. The decision to transfer production to another settlement has already been made. During the relocation, we are ready to continue supplying products for the entire range.

For the time being, the remaining stocks of finished products that survived the attack will be sold through our official distributors.

We are deeply saddened that a company that has served Ukrainian healthcare for decades has suffered such extensive destruction. Nevertheless, our employees’ lives remain our greatest priority.
