- Air sterilizers and thermostats manufactured by MIZ-MA are serviced under the terms of a free warranty for 18 months from the date of sale.
- Steam sterilizers, vapor formaldehyde chambers and medical furniture have a warranty period of 12 months.
During the warranty period, customers can contact the MIZ-MA Service Center for consultations, diagnostics and repairs. All costs associated with the delivery of equipment subject to warranty repair across the territory of Ukraine are borne by the MIZ-MA company.
